Assessments

Fire risk assessments are completed on occupied buildings only. Guidance can be given for buildings that are not yet complete or occupied.

Payment

Payment is required before the report is released. For training, 50% of the fee is due five days before the session.

Recommendations

Completing the recommendations in a report is the responsibility of the client as the Responsible Person. Post-report advice is available by phone or email.
